(a) The liability of Zoukie Trucking Services Ltd. (Z.T.S.L) for damage to goods transported or lifted, howsoever caused, otherwise than by the negligence of Z.T.S.L, its servants and/or agents, is Limited to One Thousand Dollars (JA$1000.00)

(b) The liability of Z.T.S.L to goods transported or lifted as a result of the negligence of Z.T.S.L, its servants and/or agents is limited to Three Million Dollars (JA$3000000.00)

If so requested by the owner, Z.T.S.L. will on the owners behalf and in his name and at his sole cost payable in advance obtain for the owner insurance for damage to the goods to be transported or lifted up to the limit requested or reasonably available.
